Re-do Policy
  • Customer satisfaction is very important to Custom Clip-On Manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly re-do the clip free of charge provided that it is within its warranty period (please see below for more information).
    When sending the clip-on back for a re-do, please enclose a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number. A nominal fee will be applied to re-do orders without the original invoice or the invoice number.

  • All clip-on sunglasses are custom made, thus all sales are final.

Warranty Period
  • Defective clips will be replaced or repair at Custom Clip-On Manufacturer’s discretion

  • This warranty does not extend to lenses (After 14 days from the invoice date).
